Tress For Toys event 2010- Total Success

On Saturday Dec 4th, 2010 Coldwell Banker Burnet participated in The annual Trees For Toys Event. The agents at The Minneapolis Parkway Office asked their clients to come and bring an unwrapped toy for a child in exchange for a Christmas Tree or Holiday Wreath. Santa and Mrs Claus took pictures with the children (and adults), Plenty of cookies and hot beverages were consumed, face painting, live music from agent Marlene Burrell and even a REINDEER! It was the most successful event to date with over 1000 toys being donated to toys for tots. Thanks to everyone who participated!

Congratulations on your 1st sale!

October was a rewarding month for many agents at the Mpls Parkway Office, but we would like to recognize 2 in particular. Sarah Schoback joined our office this summer and she is off to a great start. She recently won the "Best Listing Presentation" contest and had her first sale. Corey Schmitt also a new agent, joined us this fall and also had his first sale last week. We are very proud of them and know they will continue to be HUGE producers with Coldwell Banker Burnet.
